Founded in 2017, Blazar is on a trajectory of tremendous success with its innovative tools, processes, and management of the procurement system. HOLIDAYS: In that our primary client is the US Government, Blazar follows the federally designated holiday calendar. Blazar also encourages participation in our election process, and allows time off for you to exercise your duty to vote.
VACATION: Blazar prides itself on offering unlimited Paid Time Off (“PTO”) to its team members, pending approval by their Manager. Basically, if goals are met and coverage is provided, you may take time off anytime during the year. This unlimited PTO policy means that you do not accrue any PTO during the year, but instead means that PTO is approved at the time of request.
CONTINUING EDUCATION: Blazar is supportive of continuing education programs. Should you wish to continue your education, Blazar shall make extraordinary efforts to ensure you are able to fully succeed, including working with you to accommodate your educational calendar. This also includes the possibility of reimbursing you for some or all of your education expenses if the continuing education is related to your role at the company.
